Senior HR Job Details:
Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events and maintain agendas and calendar.Records minutes of meetings, employee consultations, and disciplines as assigned.
Attends all board meetings to facilitate the virtual meeting technology, recording, and PowerPoint presentations.
Prepare a variety of complex reports and data for various departments and external agencies.
Arrange travel accommodations and process expenses for departmental credit card.
Conducts or assists with record audits and mandatory reports, which may include I-9 audits, EEO-1 filings, payroll audits, and other compliance reviews.
Job Requirements:
Graduate holder.
One year experience in the same field.
Well versed in MS Office.
Good communication skills in English.

Human Resources Associate Vacancy in Dubai
Processing employee Medical Insurance related transactions that include additions, deletions, lost/replacement.
Processing employee medical claims documentation with brokers and insurance companies and informing employees of their claims status.
Coordinating, liaising and networking between insurance companies regarding eligibility, payments, approvals, reconciliation and other requirements.
Entertains employees queries regarding policy coverage.
Advice the management on insurance matters.
Coordinating with insurance companies for obtaining information on new policies and their coverage.
Acts as a liaison between the organization, its insurance provider and agents, claimants, and policy holders regarding the status and eligibility for coverage for all relevant claims.
Prepares insurance forms and associated correspondences.
Coordinate with the medical insurance team for medical cards for all new joiners.
Assisting the Division coordinators with issues and queries.
Assisting the team in any adhoc requests from the Line Manager.
