Job description / Role

• Bank and Credit Cards reconciliation

• Prepare monthly credit cards reconciliations on all business units

• Prepare monthly bank statements reconciliations on all business units

• Manage bank files and ensure the completeness and follow up of documents

• Prepare bank disclosure on a monthly basis including the restricted cash

• AR Analysis, Adjustments and Postings Analysis and adjustments for the following:

• Accounts receivable reconciliation

• Collections posting

• Revenue accrual

• Billing efficiency analysis

• Review bill rates for invoicing

• Hour journals posting

• Invoices and credit notes posting

• Provision of doubtful debts analysis and proposal

• Write off proposals

• Control and review invoices and ensuring invoices are recorded properly

• Ensure the completeness & filing of AR & revenue related entries

• Bonds Preparation and Managements

• Preparation of related letters

• Follow up with internal and external parties in relation to the release, extension, amendments, cancellation and bonds

• Proper filing and documentation Reports:

• Prepare bi-weekly debtors reports

• Prepare quarterly provision of doubtful debts and write off proposals

• Prepare AR, revenue and bank disclosures in the reporting package

• Prepare a detailed active log for bonds to be submitted on a monthly basis and on a need basis Subsidiaries:

• Handling payments

• Recording all related entries including revaluation entries

• Follow up with external and internal parties in all matters including taxes and audits and liquidation

• Proper filing and documentation of all entries and supporting documents

• Prepare any reports as required by the Finance Manager

Requirements:

  • All Candidate should have Transferable visa with RP.
  • Candidates with minimum 2 Years Working Experience(Car Rental Experience Preferable).
