Assistant Resident Civil Engineer
(micro tunneling & Open Cut)
Resident civil engineer with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a minimum of 12 years of post-graduate experience in site supervision. Previous experience in the management of open and micro tunneling surface and groundwater networks is essential.
Adhere to project Scope of Services and budget, and complete projects on time and within budget.
Interact with clients and project design team members.
Evaluating applicant-provided cost claims for reasonableness.
Reviewing applicant labor policies, pay rates, and fringe benefit information.
Following systems of quality control and checking on all projects assigned.
Developing and maintaining quality relationships with clients.
Three years experience in same field.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Open Cut & Micro Tunneling
Civil inspectors have a Bachelor’s degree and/or a Diploma in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in site supervision involving deep excavation, structural and water retention of concrete, dewatering and monitoring of micro-tunnel activities. Previous experience in the management of open and micro tunneling surface and groundwater networks is essential.
Bachelor’s degree or degree in science. Minimum of 10 years of experience. Experience should include management of surface and groundwater projects and development including deep drilling, structural and water preservation of cement, dewatering and control of micro-tunnel activities.
